Nice. Now where can I get that toolkit?

Watch this space Max ;-) I think you’re going to like what the next week has to offer on the site!

For me self care is all about slowing things down. Having a bath, going for a walk, journaling, and meditating. Loved the video thanks for sharing this with us

Thanks for sharing Melanie. And you’re so right, many of us could do with slowing down (guilty!) as part of self-care. So glad you liked the video! Have a lovely weekend, be kind to yourself :-) x

I love this video, such an important message. For me the basis of all self-care is to love myself fully in each moment, so that means being easy with myself, not working myself too hard or beating myself up too much. I try and be my own best friend and most of the time I’m a pretty good friend to myself! :)

Thanks so much Caroline for your comment. And I think the ‘treat yourself like your best friend would’ is one of the best pieces of advice for anyone who’s not sure show to take care of themselves. We’re often a lot kinder to others than we are ourself! x

Eating well. Sleep. Hobbies and exercise Also practising gratitude for the good things really helps Me to live well
Valuing myself enough not to get overly involved in other peoples ‘stuff’.
